Tom is currently growing produce for the farm market and field crops to sell and feed his herd of beef cattle. Produce for the summer includes: corn, tomatoes, okra, squash, lima beans, green beans, Crowder peas, peppers, watermelons, cantaloupes, and cucumbers.

During the winter months and just in time for New Year's celebrations Tom will be growing a variety of cold crops including his delicious collards! Each year he also raises a few hogs to be used for his whole hog sausage. Seasonal field crops grown include: soy beans, grain sorghum, pearl millet, sunflowers, corn, wheat, oats, and coastal Bermuda hay. Straw baled after the grain harvest is another major farm product.
